1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the dewi33 website accessible at dewi33.cam, including all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, applications, and related services.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform and uses any service offered thereon.
• "Account" means the registered Player account created through the Platform's registration process.
• "Balance" means the total monetary value held in a Player's Account, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other non-cashable incentives credited to a Player's Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawal privileges are granted.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the primary time zone used for all customer service hours and transaction processing references.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the currency used for all financial transactions on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is explicitly restricted by applicable law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree", or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you irrevocably confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
• You have read and accepted the dewi33 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
• You have read and understood the dewi33 Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3.

These Terms and Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and dewi33, whether written or oral, in relation to your use of the Platform.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law as applied to the individual player.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of dewi33 or any affiliated entity.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on any national or platform-level exclusion programme.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf, and your Account will not be used by any third party.

dewi33 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, identity document, payment method, device, IP address, or household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all related Accounts.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National ID (KTP), a valid email address, a current Indonesian mobile phone number, and a date of birth. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and for all activity conducted under your Account credentials. dewi33 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password and enabling any available two-factor authentication. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 Account Suspension and Closure

dewi33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion, including in circumstances where: we suspect fraudulent activity; you breach any provision of these Terms; or regulatory or compliance requirements mandate such action. In the event of closure due to breach, any Balance may be withheld pending investigation.

5 KYC Verification

dewi33 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process may also be triggered at any time at the Company's discretion, including upon significant deposit activity or account anomalies.

5.1 Required Documents

To complete KYC verification, you may be required to submit one or more of the following:

• A clear copy of your Indonesian National ID (KTP) or valid passport.
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming your current residential address (dated within 3 months).
• A copy of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a bank account statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri confirming account ownership).
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, if requested by our compliance team.

5.2 Verification Timeframe

Our compliance team aims to complete KYC reviews within 1–3 business days of receiving all required documents. Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until verification is successfully completed. dewi33 accepts no liability for delays caused by incomplete or illegible document submissions.

6 Deposits

dewi33 supports a wide range of Indonesian payment methods to ensure convenient and accessible funding of your Account. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, Bank Danamon.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and Player account tier. VIP members of the Black Diamond tier may be eligible for elevated deposit limits — contact your personal account manager for details.

6.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) are typically credited to your Account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits are generally processed within 5–15 minutes during WIB banking hours. dewi33 does not charge any processing fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

6.4 Deposit Restrictions

All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. dewi33 reserves the right to return deposits and suspend Accounts where the source of funds cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Player.

7 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Clause and the completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 5.

7.1 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits are determined by the Player's account tier and the payment method selected.

7.2 Processing Times

• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay): Typically processed within 1–3 hours during WIB business hours.
• Bank Transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others): Typically processed within 1–6 hours during WIB business hours. Transfers initiated outside banking hours may be processed on the next WIB business day.

7.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as the dewi33 Account.
• Any active Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be resolved before withdrawal of winnings derived from bonus play. Real-money deposits unrelated to active bonuses may be withdrawn at any time.
• dewi33 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times in exceptional circumstances.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

dewi33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is active, in addition to the general provisions of this Clause.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are issued as Bonus Funds and are subject to a stated Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise, the standard Wagering Requirement for welcome bonuses is 15x (fifteen times) the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Bonuses are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of credit. Any unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash directly.

8.2 Seasonal and Event Promotions

dewi33 may offer special promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events and public holidays including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Nyepi. The specific terms of each event promotion will be communicated at the time the promotion is launched. Seasonal bonus terms may differ from standard bonus conditions.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using automated betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk, or colluding with other Players — will have their bonuses voided, their winnings forfeited, and their Account permanently suspended.

9 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the dewi33 Platform — whether on sports markets, casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, or togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws — are subject to the specific game and market rules published within the Platform, as well as the general provisions below.

9.1 Bet Acceptance

dewi33 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at our sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced or where odds were published in error. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the amount is deducted from your Account Balance.

9.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, dewi33 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. The Company's decision on all such matters is final.

9.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including football (bandar bola, the local term for online football bookmaking), mix parlay (accumulator bets across multiple events), and voor bola (Asian handicap markets) — are governed by the official rules of the relevant governing body (FIFA, AFC, PSSI for BRI Liga 1, and equivalent bodies for other sports). Settlement times and void conditions are stated within each market.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dewi33 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to register using your identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or loopholes in the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading, or any form of sports corruption.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting any activity that places undue strain on Platform infrastructure or that disrupts other Players' experience.

11 Responsible Gaming

dewi33 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can develop into a harmful behaviour, and we have a duty to provide tools and resources to support our Players.

Players may request the following responsible gaming controls at any time by contacting our support team or accessing the tools within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of your time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the dewi33 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of dewi33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of dewi33.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dewi33 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any technical failures, system downtime, delays, or interruptions affecting Platform availability.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data, provided that dewi33 has implemented reasonable security measures.
• Any actions or content of third parties, including game providers, payment processors, or linked services.
• Losses arising from betting decisions made by the Player, including those based on information published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit dewi33's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

14 Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dewi33 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

14.1 Dispute Resolution Procedure

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the Platform or these Terms, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected] and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter. Our support team aims to respond to all complaints within 48 hours (WIB). If a complaint cannot be resolved at first-tier support, it will be escalated to our compliance team for formal review.

14.2 Bet Dispute Timeframe

Any dispute relating to the settlement of a specific bet or game round must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event or game round concluding. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

15 Amendments

dewi33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account.
